Junior Chefs' Academy session

We had a wonderful afternoon with the Junior Chef Academy. They tied all the work into our theme of Italy and the children made some delicious Pesto Pasta Salad. Throughout the session the children reinforced their knowledge of all things Italian. The best part was being able to take our food home and it was an extremely healthy dish.
