P5 had a great sleep-over at the Catalyst Museum.
The children were so excited for the workshops and the sleep-over. They were so engaged in the Fantastic Plastic workshop and were over the moon with their key chains. They couldn't believe how the plastic changed texture, size and shape.
The children were engrosed in the Explore Your Universe workshop and loved seeing the invisible UV light.
Thank you Mr Brown, Mrs Roberts and Mrs Baskett who gave up their own time away from their families to support your children.
It was lovely to hear the staff complimenting all the children for their manners and how tidy they left the observatory after their sleepover. Very proud teacher!

If that wasn't enough, we got to watch an interactive film all about the history of glass in St. Helens and to top it all off, we were treated to a brilliant glass-blowing demonstration. Oh, we forgot to mention the fun we had in the Glass Play Zone. We did say it was action-packed but we had so much fun and behaved impeccably. We must thank our very supportive parents for giving up their own time to help us out, we are incredibly grateful. I think we'll all sleep well tonight. We hope you enjoy the photos!
